I am CW3 in the South Carolina National Guard and we are restoring our UH-1M. We are near completion, but we are in need of XM-21 mounts for our mini-guns and have not been able to find any. Any help would be grateful. Thank you in advance.
Question for mechanics that have replaced or installed the grommets ( item 27 or 28) that go into the support tie on skin/doubler area behind the 42 degree gearbox? Do these grommets install with retaining ring inside tailboom or are they snapped in the support without retaining ring?
