Crashworthy fuel system components
I cannot locate any repair/service data for these parts in the Army TM's. They are very poorly illustrated in the IPLs. I am working on a 1960's UH-1H with these crashworthy fittings. In particular at this point a leaky lower feed fitting at the bottom of the right rear fuel cell. It is item 11 in T

I'm in A&P school in Fairbanks and we have a Huey that we can work on. We're running into some issues with removing the left aft fuel tank.
In trying to get into the center fuel tank to remove the bolts holding it on/together we can't seem to figure out how to remove the fuel quantity indicator from the center tank. There's an access panel just under the turbine roughly near the fuel filter. We removed all the outside bolts from the acc

-1 Yoke Serviceability
can you use 204-011-102-001 yokes still? Noticed they are not mentioned in the safety of flight about the -17 and they are not listed on any of my type certificate information. They are listed in the parts books but since I can not find any publications on them I was wondering if they were still ser

Anyone have better troubleshooting information than the Army TM's? I am trying to find out why the fuel gauge goes to zero. I have checked all wires to the cannon plug. I have 115 volts to the gauge plug and the ground is good. Coaxes look ok but dealing with 1964 wiring. Any other guidance woul

Windshield wiper motor guard
What type of adhesive works the best to glue the pad back on the guard? I've tried 3M 1300, Dow 732 rtv and several aerosol spray glues. Nothing seems to work.

Bearings
Can I use bearing, NSN 3110-01-543-2959, part number 3HJTZZ 107-W245 as a substitute for 3110-01-030-4306, part number 3110-01-030-4306? If so, what is the reference. Thanks in advance.....
