In trying to get into the center fuel tank to remove the bolts holding it on/together we can't seem to figure out how to remove the fuel quantity indicator from the center tank. There's an access panel just under the turbine roughly near the fuel filter. We removed all the outside bolts from the access panel, but there's eight in the center that we haven't removed yet.
