Yes, you can lift the aircraft by the mast nut, that is why it has an eye manufactured into the nut. Any clevis and pin or bolt rated for 5 to 10 tons would be enough. Y The basic aircraft complete weighs abound 3 to 3 ½ tons. that’s with engine and full fuel. ( 500 lbs. engine 1,400 lbs. fuel )
